A: No, appointments are made directly by calling the office directly 905-521-7956. Doctors’ referrals are gladly accepted as well. Referrals can also be faxed to our office at 905-575-9580.

A: Yes, please call for an appointment, 905-521-7956 or have your doctor fax a referral to our office, 905-575-9580. Our policy is to provide maximum attention and quality care to each of our patients, thus we require an appointment be made to do so.

Q: Are your services covered by OHIP?

A: No, unfortunately OHIP does not cover Chiropody services, however, some extended health insurance plans may cover most or all of the service fees.

A: Treatment generally is not painful; every effort is made to provide a painless as possible treatment to our patients.

Q: How do I know I need an orthotic insole?

A: Once you attend your appointment, you will be interviewed and your feet will be assessed. It will be at this point that a proper course of treatment will be explained to you which may include orthotic brace therapy if needed. You will then be informed as to all the options available to you including costs (orthotics are not covered by OHIP), and insurance billing.

Q: Do you provide orthopaedic footwear?

A: Yes, orthopaedic footwear is an integral part of pain free walking. Without proper footwear, orthotic inserts are not as effective to treat foot problems; therefore we provide a specific type of comfort footwear that is orthotic friendly.
